Where Public Health, Culture, and Justice Come Together

Dr. Regina Davis Moss is a public health leader, storyteller, and scholar-activist reshaping how we think about Reproductive Justice in America. She has dedicated her career to one goal: empowering women and adolescent girls to make healthy decisions about the urgent challenges they face every day.

As President & CEO of In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda and the In Our Own Voice Action Fund, she advances policies and narratives that center the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of Black women, girls, and gender-expansive people.

With over two decades of experience in public health research, advocacy, and organizational leadership, Regina brings a powerful blend of expertise, vision, and heart to the fight for justice. Her work bridges evidence and lived experience, shaping national strategies that move culture, shift policy, and build collective power.
